Dr C’s Tips for Healthy Living:

Eat at least three meals a day (organic and local when possible)

Eat real -- not processed-- foods (preferably prepared at home)

Stay away from sodas, artificial sweeteners
and MSG (Yuck!)

Have your meals at the same time every day.

Incorporate movement into your life: include
aerobic work, strength training and stretching.

Get some sunshine and fresh air every day.

Get at least seven hours of sleep every night. Sleep in once a week.

Keep your Nervous System subluxation (interference) -free. Your Nervous System regulates your health and function.

Get right with your Creator, and nurture your dreams.

Personal Fitness Training

Dr. C is also a personal fitness trainer. Imagine the safety of being trained for fitness by a primary care physician who is aware of your potential as well as of any temporary limitations you may have due to previous injuries, stress or trauma.

Dr. C suffered multiple fractures from a fall from the third floor when we was 19 years old -- the kind of injuries that could have turned anybody into a couch potato, yet this event served instead to help him realize the importance of taking care of your physical body, so that you may serve God and enjoy life by realizing your full potential.

Dr. C, who after that fall was bed ridden for six months, and whom the doctors said might not ever walk again, understands the concerns that a person may have about fitness, when they have not exercised for a long time, or after they have sustained an injury.

Dr. C suffered from chronic pain and the down emotions that come with it for almost a decade after the injury, and before he became a Chiropractic Physician. During that time, he found that daily exercise was one thing that kept him energized and lifted his mood.
